1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoToFlow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
GoToFlow is operated by Andrey Cherenok, Individual Entrepreneur.

2. Service Description

GoToFlow is a SaaS platform that provides AI-assisted content generation tools for social media, including carousel creation, post generation, competitor analysis, and related features.
The Service uses artificial intelligence and third-party AI providers to generate content based on user inputs.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service may be offered through free access, paid subscriptions, token-based usage, or a combination of these.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the plan selected at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize GoToFlow (or its payment processor) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are displayed at checkout and may be updated with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing period after the change takes effect.
Prices may exclude applicable taxes, VAT, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment provider fees, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and renewal settings through your account or by contacting support.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at gotoflow.io@gmail.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that period ends, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals but does not retroactively affect charges already processed.

6. Refunds

Digital services are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
Unused tokens, features, or time remaining in a billing period do not create a right to a refund.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a billing error or other issue, please contact us at gotoflow.io@gmail.com. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and our payment terms.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. GoToFlow does not store your full credit or debit card details.
By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and that sufficient funds are available.

8. Tokens

Tokens may be used for content generation and related actions within the Service.
Tokens do not constitute money, electronic money, currency, or stored value of any kind.
Tokens are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other consideration.
Tokens may expire according to the applicable plan terms. Expired or unused tokens are not refundable.

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate content based on your inputs (prompts, topics, links, uploaded materials, etc.).
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, approving, publishing, and using any AI-generated output.
You must ensure that generated content complies with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and third-party rights.
AI-generated content does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
GoToFlow does not guarantee that generated content is lawful, original, non-infringing, accurate, suitable for advertising, or compliant with any specific platform policy.
You are responsible for any consequences arising from the publication or use of generated content.
GoToFlow provides tools, not legal review, compliance review, advertising approval, or professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and generated content is lawful and compliant.

10. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of the content you upload, input, or provide to the Service.
By using the Service, you grant GoToFlow a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the materials you upload, input, or provide, and that your use does not violate any third-party rights.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, generate, or export using the Service.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for or in connection with:
Generating, publishing, or distributing content that violates applicable law or regulation.
Infringing copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
Impersonation, deceptive identity use, deepfakes, or misleading representation of a person, brand, company, or organization without authorization.
Fraud, scams, phishing, spam, misleading advertising, or deceptive commercial practices.
Unlawful political manipulation, voter suppression, or deceptive political content.
Collecting, uploading, processing, or generating sensitive personal data without a valid legal basis and required permissions.
Scraping, uploading, or using third-party content, websites, databases, or social media materials where you do not have the necessary rights or permission.
Generating content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, abusive, harmful, or discriminatory.
Bypassing platform rules, advertising policies, intellectual property protections, or technical restrictions.
Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service.
Interfering with the security, stability, availability, or performance of the Service.
Using bots, automation, or other unauthorized methods to access the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including its software, design, branding, user interface, and underlying technology — belong to GoToFlow and its owner or licensors.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license granted above.

13. No Guarantee of Results

GoToFlow does not guarantee any specific business results from using the Service.
We make no promises regarding increased views, engagement, followers, revenue, sales, leads, virality, or social media performance.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including content quality, audience, timing, and platform algorithms.

14. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or availability at all times.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
You violate these Terms or any applicable law.
Fraud, abuse, or misuse is detected or reasonably suspected.
There is a security or compliance risk.
Continued access could harm the Service, other users, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support at gotoflow.io@gmail.com.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoToFlow and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms, the Service, its pricing, or its features at any time.
Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email where practicable.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service operator, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
