Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

  • GoToFlow is a digital SaaS service that provides access to AI-powered content creation tools.
  • This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how paid subscriptions may be cancelled and when refunds may be available.
  • This Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to paid plans, subscriptions, and digital access to GoToFlow.

2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

  • Some GoToFlow plans may be offered as recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
  • Your subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • The price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before payment.
  • You are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you do not want it to renew.
  • Renewal charges may be processed for the next billing period unless the subscription is cancelled before renewal.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription through your account settings if this option is available, or by contacting us at: gotoflow.io@gmail.com.
  • Cancellation stops future renewal charges.
  • Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in a specific plan, cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund payments already made.
  • Access to paid features may remain available until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Refunds

  • Refund requests are reviewed individually and processed within 10 business days of receipt. A refund may be available where:
  • A duplicate or mistaken charge occurred.
  • You were charged after a confirmed cancellation.
  • Paid access was not provided due to a technical issue on GoToFlow's side.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
  • A refund may not be available where:
  • You received access to the digital service and started using paid features.
  • You used credits, generations, exports, saved content, or other paid functionality.
  • You changed your mind after using the service.
  • Your account violated our Terms of Service or acceptable use rules.
  • The request is based only on expected business outcomes, such as views, engagement, followers, leads, sales, revenue, or platform performance.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where technically possible. The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your payment provider or bank.

5. Digital Services and Consumer Rights

  • In some countries, users may have a legal right to cancel an online purchase or distance contract within a specific period (e.g., a cooling-off or withdrawal period).
  • Where such rights apply, we will process requests in accordance with applicable law.
  • By purchasing a paid plan and requesting immediate access to digital features, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service. Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once access to the digital service has started.
  • Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Billing Errors

  • If you believe you were charged by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at: gotoflow.io@gmail.com.
  • Please include: your account email, payment date, payment amount, last four digits of the card if applicable, description of the issue, and payment confirmation or screenshot if available.
  • We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.

7. Payment Providers

  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
  • GoToFlow does not store full payment card details.
  • If a refund is approved, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, and your country.

8. Chargebacks

  • If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide the payment provider or bank with information showing: subscription or purchase details, acceptance of our terms, access to the digital service, usage of paid features, and cancellation or support history.
  • We recommend contacting us first at gotoflow.io@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue faster.

9. No Guarantee of Results

  • GoToFlow provides tools for creating and improving content, but we do not guarantee specific business or platform results.
  • We do not guarantee: views, engagement, followers, leads, sales, revenue, virality, or performance on any third-party platform.
  • Dissatisfaction with expected business results is not, by itself, an automatic basis for a refund.

11. Changes to This Policy
